A Bernama report today stated that Putatan Member of Parliament, Datuk Marcus Mojigoh claimed Malaysia as the best example when it comes to handling indigenous peoples' rights. This is some of what he said according to Bernama:
"We care for them from womb to grave. We have a lot of programmes for them. For example, housing, schools and healthcare facilities are built close to the villages of indigenous people so that they are not forced to move to urban areas."As a result, mortality rates have dropped and poverty is being alleviated, and through education, they have greater control of their lives," he said.
Since Datuk Marcus himself is from an indigenous community, what he said must be right. However, those of you who feel otherwise are welcome to share your comments.

What the Wilaya SM claimed their credit in Borneo were using the revenue from the Borneo's oil and timber resources.
It just like a stranger taking money from your pocket and claimming that it is for your family's future...
Is this consider robbing ?

Yeah actually we have those thing but as for me still not enough since our general populace become more bigger. And also we still need to have more fund to develop rural and urban land. I believe, we can do more and more, as a preparing ourselves to face the coming year of 2020.
So yeah, Best of luck to all.
There are a lot of things that can be improve in managing the indigenous people...
yeah...lots of things can be improve specially at the rural area...hope that in the RMK10, govt will put the development of the rural areas specially sabah and sarawak as they top priority..
There are still lots of spaces to be improved.
Kita tau pasal tanah melayu tapi sayangnya mereka tidak tahu langsung pasal KDM.
Difference between Malaya and Sabah & Sarawak is the indigenous people.
They are different from us but we accept them as our own. But i know the government can do better than that. I really hope to see even more improvement.
Ada betulnya juga lah. Tapi rasanya kerajaan boleh buat lebih baik lagi utk kebajikan Indigenous people :)
History is a place where we learn about our roots but too bad, there are a lot of forgotten facts has been erased and entered with lies. So sad..
